Personal Shopper at AGPC

Hey Guys,
I was wondering if anyone has the name of a good PS at AGPC because I am about at the end of my rope with AG! I had to reorder several things from my order I got last week, and I haven't had time to look at everything because I have to get to class, but the first thing I looked at was the doll and she is just crummy. Her eyes are still a bit too loose and now this one has loose legs as well! I am so mad right now because I waited for about two months before I was able to make this order and to have 1/3 of it have issues that required me to have them send out replacements angers me. When I looked at Addy's Cape Island Dress as well it still had the same problem! I can't even imagine what the rest of the stuff will be like when I open the boxes to look at them! Where's the quality control?!

So, I was wondering if any of you guys out there had number to a good PS at the Chicago store because I would personally like to have her pick out my items. I am getting really tired of AG. I looked forward to that order for the longest time, and to be honest, I don't know if I even care anymore. TIA!

Addy's Cape Island dress has serious design issues. The sleeves are too tight and the front part is too puckered. I had to send mine back in exchange for a new one and Addy can only wear it with Lissie's stays.

Thanks so much for the names for the PS at AGPC. My other question is if I were to place my order with a PS, could I still use the 10% discount? I really need that discount, so I just wanted to make sure whether or not they would take if I placed an order with a PS? Thanks so much!

No discounts through the PSs, with the exception of the reduced price outfit with $30 purchase they sometimes have in the stores. You shouldn't have any expenses in exchanging these items through a PS though.
